DC's 9th birthday

New releases, I think a new 2-headed dragon, drake(?) and pygmy breed.

Two-headed dragon drops in Desert: The surface of this egg is rough and sharp.
Drake drops in Forest: This egg is speckled with rosette-like markings.
Pygmy drops in Alpine: This small egg is engulfed in a cool, purple flame.

I caught two Two-heads, have 5 eggs I won't abandon. Compared to last year's birthday (breedable GoN) and the year before this is a rather unspectacular birthday celebration. Past ones are hard to beat, for sure.

*headdesk* I soooo didn't think of DC's birthday, and now I'm egglocked with all your goodies. Well, whatever. Something to do later...

This is not all that amazing, but the last two sound like they could be nice as adults. Maybe. :P I like the 2nd one mainly because it reminds me of my cat, Taz. She's a Bengal. :)

I wonder if it will be multiple days, or just today?

ETA- Welp, those were easy. Less then 30 people in two of the biomes, and less then 20 in the third. Locked myself on 3 consecutive 5 min drops. Went 3 Forest, then 2 and 2. The 3 was due to them having marks similar to my cat.

Just went to look at TJs post for the first time. His are S2 already, dang! I'm also kind of wishing I'd gone with 3 of the Pygmys as well, those look cute so far!

I can only hope they're easy to catch tomorrow, since I don't feel like abandoning anything.

Oh wow, a Bengal? Very pretty. My two critters are just common Japanese housecats with hooked tails but I still love them <3

Hmm, I don't think there's going to be a multiple day celebration because TJ stated clearly in this post that there are 3 new breeds. To be honest, I don't care much about new Pgymies, Drakes and 2-Heads though*shrugs*

This was an interesting DCversary - a release consisting of (I suspect) one each of the three "limited breeding" dragon types. Surprised there wasn't a "regular" dragon, to round things out, but eh. :D

I honestly think they're the best of the lot, too! Not exactly pretty, but I'm *really* disappointed by the Pygmies! Such a nice colour... but such awkward, terrible poses! And the two-heads I can barely tell are two-heads.

I am... not nearly as worried about grabbing enough of this batch, let's just say. :D Back to my breeding projects as soon as this batch hatches, and worry about scroll goals later.
