unbroken_haloApparently it's true. There will be a new release at the beginning of each month. Just not this weekend, apparently. TJ posted about Dragoncave's 7th birthday and the release of 7 new dragons beginning May 22nd through the 29th. Because of this release, there will be no June release. All the info can be found on the forum post May Release.
