Thoughts on the new Siyat dragons?

jocosaI love the dragons, but the mechanics required to get purple or blue is freaking annoying. Not being able to use incubate, and having to tie up slots for 2(?) extra days if we want purple? No bueno.
I like to earn my shards early each week, so I hit a biome, max out my 8 slots, hold for 5 hours, kick to the AP. Lather, rinse, repeat until I hit 100 shards. Then I hunt for me. I want the purples, and blues, for lineages but not sure I'll bother if I have to tie up slots until they're under 2 days, unincubated.
