In the spirit of anticipating holidays, I thought I'd offer up what I've got and see if there were any requests (or suggestions) from the comm!


2nd-gen Arsani (from Flamingo) - to jocosa
2nd-gen Rosebud (from Nhiostrife) - to mondat

4th-gen '09 Valentine - open for requests for 5th-gen offspring! (3-breed stair; mate will be Deep Sea)

On a related note: I'm really, really hoping to get myself a 2nd-gen '09 Valentine this year; after looking at potential pairings, I've got three possibles picked out. Anyone able to breed a 2nd-gen '09 Val x Sunrise, '09 Val x Tan Ridgewing, or '09 Val x Dragonhorse? Thanks everyone! ♥

The only ones I have promised someone are my Heartseeker and my Arsani, so I can breed you a 09 Valentine with any CB you want (except Holly or Black Marrow *g*).

Hi, the timeline for the Valentine event has been announced. Do you want just the Valentine 09 x Dragonhorse or would you like a Sweetling too? If you want the Sweetling you'll need to let me know the pairing.

Yay! Announcement at last to confirm that breed limits are removed. :) In which case I would love a Sweetling! Let me do a mockup of some possible pairings quickly, and then I'll let you know!

I forgot Rosebuds!
I have all Valentines where I already own non-holiday mates almost covered up (I am still looking for two '09 Valentines from Yulebuck and Marrow, but I hope to catch 2nd-gens and trade for them). I thought I'll only need to look out in the AP for Sweetlings but that's not the case!
Would you mind breeding me a 2nd-gen Rosebud?

(And I am looking for a 3rd-gen Sweetling from Sweetling x female Silver checker as a mate for her, so if anyone can breed this please let me know!)

Haha, I almost forgot Rosebuds, too! Probably because I don't have any active plans for them. I can definitely breed you a 2nd-gen Rosebud; what mate would you like?

Mum's two Rosebuds are also available: they are "Rosa nutkana" and "Rosa gentiliana", and she has mostly blue and holiday dragons as potential mates. My Rosebuds are "Threepenny Bit Rose" and "Gooseberry Rose"; I've generally bred them with a CB Spring in the past but I have other options if desired.

Thank you so much! Now I only have to get any Sweetlings, 2x `09 Valentines for my Yule & Marrow and another Heartseeker because I caught a 2nd-gen Vine in the AP today xD Phew! But there is always next year if I fail so I don`t worry too much.

In terms of the mate, I played around with a lineage viewer and Rosebuds look good with Whites and Guardians. But, I decided to try something "new". Nhiostrife Wyvern, if possible please!*g*
