Wish list

There's not really much on my wish list, but I thought I would post it, such as it is.

Wish list:

• CB Gold
• CB Silver

(I have no CB metals at all, they are the one CB available in the cave that still eludes me.)

• Even-gen Golds

(I have a few nicely-lineaged silvers, but all my golds are messy, and I would love to have at least one pretty even-gen gold.)

• Even-gen holly

(I was very very fortunate to snag one holly in the AP this past Christmas, and I love him. He's not inbred, he's from one of the original hollies, and he's a D'Hennegel. But his lineage is messy and not suitable for breeding anything but more hollies. I would really love to have an even-gen holly I could breed all year long and make pretty babies from.)

• 2nd gen Grays from Silver x Gray

(I love gray dragons—I currently have 169 and almost always have at least one growing on my scroll. I like to pick up all the gray eggs I see in the AP and check their lineages, just in case there's something pretty I want to keep. A while ago, I started collecting all the 2nd gen grays with one silver parent that I found, and breeding them together to make long even-gens. I'm currently at 5th gen with both male silver x female gray and male gray x female silver, and am always looking for more.)

• 3rd gen from Winter Magi x Harvest, or some other common I haven't already used in my endless Event dragon lineage

(I have a never-ending project to breed all of my inter-breedable Event dragons together into one giant even-gen lineage. For historical reasons, I'm including 4 CBs of each Event dragon breed, with each 3rd gen being a different common. So I will breed one 3rd gen from my own Winter Magis, but I'll need one more 3rd gen or two 2nd gens from someone else. And at some point, I'll need a 3rd gen with Heartseekers from someone, but since they haven't even grown up yet, I'll hold off on adding them to my wish list!) Thank you, ferdelance !

And that's about it! For the most part, I don't really expect any help on these, I'll just keep hunting and trading and hoping for good fortune to strike!

Good luck in your search for Golds! I can do 3rd-gen stairsteps (all White Stripe x Gold), but not even-gens, alas. (Well, if someone would give me a White Stripe 2nd-gen from WS/Gold, I could...)

Congrats on the Holly! :D I cannot even express how many projects I would start if I ever acquired a Holly with a suitably short and sweet lineage. :D

I did pick this awesome egg up from the AP the other day, though; and now I have visions of a new project dancing in my hindbrain... Gold/Harvest/GoldenWyvern/Christmas2011 mix, anybody?

I'm thinking about starting a Valentine/Daydream project, but as the new ones are red that may go on a back burner. Hmm.

I can breed dragons like this if you ever want one. I always meant to go farther with it, but too many other projects distracted me!

Thanks, I was so thrilled to catch my Holly! But I'm holding out for an even-gen for the second one, if I should be so lucky.

Gold x Harvest really go well together! That would make a good project. I have no CB golds, but I can breed any of the other pairs, if you decide you want them.

Oooh, I would love a dragon like that! And I could trade you a 2nd-gen to help you continue! I bogged down because I only have the one CB foundation pair, so it's either obtain another CB Thunder or turn it into a cooperative effort. :D

Are you looking for a dragon with a Harvest in each of the preceding generations, or just the one farthest back? If farthest back, need they be identical? (I.E. could grandparents be Harvest|GM|Harvest|Harvest, or must they be Harvest|GM|Harvest|GM?)

I would want a dragon with a lineage like this:

It wouldn't have to be harvests, I just picked those because I thought they looked good with the Winter Magis. But the CB pairs would both be Winter Magi x the same common. I would be fine with getting the 2nd gens from one or two people and breeding the 3rd gen myself.

The project is a series of 6th gens like this stone, with Val09s, sweetlings, snow angels, and yulebucks.

The second 6th gen will have hollies, ribbon dancers, rosebuds, and black marrows. I'm two dragons away from finishing it, I'm just waiting for a stubborn white x magi pair to give me a white egg instead of magis, and then breed the white with an ember who's been patiently waiting for a mate.

The third 6th gen will have shadow walkers, winter magis, heartseekers, and this year's Halloween dragon. I haven't really started working on it yet, but that's what I'll need the 3rd gen from winter magi x common for.

Perfect! And I have this for you. (Sorry it wasn't a thunder. I get many more grays than thunders from them!) I'll PM you a trade link, we can swap eggs, okay?

I have three other CB thunders besides the CBs in that 3rd gen, and about a million CB grays, so I can breed you 2nd gens from them if you'd like. Maybe I'll get lucky and get a thunder for you.
