Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell...I've got all the Silvers I need for a 5th gen, because all of my pairs bred Silvers, and this one's my first Ice. And my last remaining pair, too. So I was reluctant to part ways with it in the first place. But I still need three Ice, so trying for blood-swap it is.

Of course your egg is very pretty, and I'm tempted to try getting things together for a 6th gen. Which will never happen unless I get those Ice eggs. *sigh*

Long story short, I would love to have it, but I really really really need the Ice more.

I have to say, I'm very happy with my male Silvers. They breed happily and produce many shiny eggs.

ETA: I tried one of my pairings again and got another Silver. Somehow I find that really really funny. *g*

Maybe I should get into breeding lineages myself. I don't get very excited about Dragon Cave lately. It started with the 7 day long birtday, then the change in the new breeds' dropping time and then this latest birthday. Having a scheduled monthly drop for a whole year didn't do much for me either, I found the unexpected drops much more interesting - scheduled drops made me feel like it was work.

Gifting dragons makes me happy and that is what's keeping me here at the moment :-) Let's see if Christmas cheers me up!

I have so many breeding projects, and I'm kinda thankful that we don't get so many drops any more. I rarely had time for breeding between getting all the CBs for my scroll goal.

And creating pretty lineages is so much fun! I'm often experimenting with patterns from things I got in trades or found on the AP. The Ice x male Silver one started from a 3rd gen Ice from the AP, for example.

Looking forward to Christmas breeding so very much! I'm going to collect ALL the Solstice eggs, and I'm hoping for many many 2nd gens from Gold. *g*
