Christmas Breeding And Swapping!

The Christmas breeding season is almost upon us! Is anybody looking for particular Christmas offspring this year?



Seeking (2nd gen unless otherwise noted):
Yulebuck from Stripe
Winter Magi from Frill
Snow Angel from Yulebuck (Whitewing > Goldwing >Tricolour, for mother)
3G checker Winter Magi from Royal Crimson (can do bloodswap!)


What is everyone else looking for, or looking forward to?

I will be hunting primarily for Solstices, and especially Solstices from Gold. Because I want to do this huge checker! *g* So both of my Solstices are spoken for - one for myself, one to trade for blood-swap.

But I can help with pretty much anything else. My Snow Angels are Tricolour, though.

I could totally breed you the Winter Magi from Frill, for example. I would offer the Yulebuck from Stripe, but I'm reasonably certain you already have offspring of both of mine already? And siblings wouldn't be much help to you, I believe. If I'm mistaken, tell me and I'll breed you some.

I'll definitely be hunting Solstices, too! And I think I'm reserving at least one of mine for myself this year, too.

I'll double-check on the Yulebuck thing - I *think* I may have two Stripe offspring from yours, without a Yulebuck? But it's been a while since I looked, so I'll make sure.

I may end up breeding my own WM from Frill; it depends.

All right, I checked again. The Yulebuck from Stripe I bred was for novembermond - so yeah, it went to someone in this community, but it wasn't you. All right, now that the question of possible incest breeding is out of the way, do you still want it?

Offspring would be a sibling to this, and I kept my pair available. Same for the Wintermagi x Frill. I kept one slot open, so I would do it one egg at a time, but I'll happily breed them for you if you want.

Aha! I didn't think it was me, because I only have a few Yulebucks, but I kept getting distracted when I tried to find them on my scroll to check their parentage. :D

I will hold off on the WM x Frill, however; I've had an alternate idea for that lineage and may end up using a different Holiday. Thanks so much for remembering, though!

I can make a yulebuck/stripe 3rd gen checker, but not a second gen.

with my own breeding I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I think I'll breed only for the AP and only keep one or two for myself and then see what I can find on the AP.

Oh, dear - "overwhelmed" is how Halloween breeding made me feel, so I sympathise!

When it comes to Christmas breeding, though, I'm finding that I'm actually underwhelmed this year! :D There's not a lot that I need, or at least, not a lot that I've realised I need, so aside from restarting a couple of projects that got neglected for a couple years I don't have much on my list.

Maybe I'll offer in a newbie thread on the Forums, given how many dragons I have no plans to breed.
