kshandra: Graffiti of hands ripping open a dress shirt, Superman fashion, to reveal the word FAIL (FAIL)

The naming of Dragons is a serious matter...

...and I have been failing in my duty. :-P

Neither of my Hooktalons and none of my Spirit Wards have been named yet; I'm going to be struggling for a naming convention for my Lunar Heralds, as well. It's something I ordinarily love spending hours doing, but my husband has been in and out of hospitals and exam rooms for the past month, and I just don't have the energy for it. So I'm looking for inspiration and suggestions.

Hooktalons: sRA0n ♀ & iQyqg ♂
I was trying to come up with something from RA0, but my brain is made of fail.

Spirit Wards:
Females - k0lUp, EWLac, iR9jd
Males - dX0zN, 1Qg01, 2YM24

Lunar Heralds: The first two I caught had my initials and my husband's in the codes, so naming them was easy. ;-) The rest will likely be Lord this and Lady that to go with what I picked for those, but I'm open to ideas. EDIT, 5 September: I had a rush of brains to the head tonight, and they're being named after the Heralds of Valdemar, combined with the Jovian satellites.

Thank you for listening to me whine, and I look forward to seeing what y'all have in mind.

sRA0n - When I saw that, I immediately thought "Saron". *g*

As for naming in general - sometimes I use fandom names, but mostly I name my dragons after places in Scotland. For the Xenowyrms I have branched out to Cornwall.

I thought "Siraon". :D We think along similar lines!
