I'n a doofus

I swear for the past week I kept thinking today was when the Val breeding would open up. I geared up for it, got all my new pairs lined up (Thanks again, everyone! :)  ), made sure everyone had names and hopped out of bed this morning, all excited to breed, release and hunt. OOPS.  It's tomorrow.  Which gives me a huge sad because I get up at 5am, and get home around 6:30/7pm M-F. By the time I do whatever needs doing around the house, like feed the critters, make dinner, etc I'm pooped and just want to flop on the couch for a bit before bed at 9:30.

I'll possibly be able to breed a little via my phone but hunting the AP for shiny Val eggs this year is just not going to work on my phone. I'm really bummed about this. I was hoping to find just one 2G Sweetling from an Alt Sweeting x CB Pink to pair up with a beautiful Pink I was gifted. And some 2G 09s because they are my fave Val.

If anyone runs across these, and doesn't want to hang onto them I'd love to trade anything off my scroll for them.

What I was hoping to find:

2G Sweetling from Alt Sweetling x CB Pink  (I know no one wants to give it up if they catch one, but it's my biggest wish so I figure I'd toss it out there)

2G 09s from Frills, Old Pinks, Pinks, Silvers, Blue or Silver Lunars, or Almandines.

I can breed you a 2nd gen Val09 with a mate of your choice. I do have CB Old Pinks and Frills, too.

I don't need anything, I guess. I'll breed one of my Rosebuds, but otherwise I think I'll simply hunt and keep the pretty stuff.

Ugh - I can't breed them. Bright Pinks were exclusively female back then, and the Val09 is female, too. What other mate do you want instead?

I have CBs of most dragons, except Sweetlings, Marrows, Holly and Prize Dragons.

Argh, I forgot that about them! If you can do with a Frill that would be great, if not an Almandine if you have, or a blue Lunar would be awesome too. :)

Also, I've got three Valentine eggs in my scroll, one is a 2nd gen Val09 from Black tea, another is a 5th even gen Val09 from male electrics and the third is a 5th even gen Sweetling from female silver. I kept the 2nd gen for you, because I had read thist post, and the other two just because they are pretty, but you are welcome to any or all of them.

I have been really busy this last couple of months and haven't been paying too much attention to dragoncave; I even had a whole batch of eggs die on me a few weeks ago because I completely forgot to put them in hatcheries! I don't think that had ever happened to me before, not even when I was a newbie.

Things seem to have slowed down a bit these days, I hope I can enjoy the Valentine event. I haven't had a Sunday off since the end of November!

Sorry about the eggs! I've been in the same boat before too, and almost lost or did lose eggs. I lost 2 of last year's Halloween eggs due to that.

I know my reply is a bit late, so of you've bred already, I understand! Works kicking my butt this week. If you haven't, and wouldn't mind doing an 09 x Indigo Lunar, that would be fantastic. And please let me know what I can do for you once the madness ends. :)
