April Release!!!

Already! And it seems something is different with this type of egg? Maybe because it's an April Fools egg or so? This is what TJ says about them:

April’s release brings you a new breed that you can’t even breed or release like you can with other dragons. We think you’ll really love it.

It looks (and sounds) really pretty and can be found in any biome.

This translucent egg shines like starlight.

Aaaand...they can be influenced, so at least in that they are normal.

Same here. And then I bred for one of my lineages yesterday (male Gold x female Gaia), and got two Gold eggs. I'm too excited about those to abandon them for the new eggs.

Nice! And I don't blame you for not wanting to drop them. These new ones are gorgeous and hard to catch. I've not had much luck since I found out they were dropping, so I hope this isnt a prank. Good luck with your projects

I don't think it's a prank. They can be bitten, influenced, incubated and they have a killed sprite. But maybe they aren't actually dragons, but another type? Like chickens or dinos. That would explain the being unbreedable.

Looks like they can. All it's showing me is the "too young" message, not that they can't be traded at all.

I'm at work, and only have my cell. :( They are mixed already, too. I've only seen one, and missed it by a mile. This may be the first release I miss entirely. Yikes. I would have liked at least two with today's date. :/

The eggs are pretty and I like the hatchlings, so I'm curious about the adults and wondering if they won't be breedable at all or they're just a new type of dragons.

I managed to pick two after some bad reflex clicking, but seeing that they're dropping frequently I suppose it'll be possible to pick more later~

I gave away six eggs to other people and had no problem replacing mine, so yeah, they're still dropping frequently enough.

From what I've read in the forum it seems like the hatchies have a BSA once they are frozen? Haven't tested that yet myself.

Frozen hatchlings with a BSA!? If that's true, I wonder if adults will also have it or if it'll be hatchlings-only.

I'm curious about that, too. Also, they are supposed to change colour once they're frozen.

Well, now I'm feeling more and more tempted to freeze one of mine as soon as it hatches...

This is what the wiki currently says:

Frozen hatchlings (and possibly adults), have the following additional action appear:

Corporealize
This action will temporarily change the appearance of your dragon as it returns to the material plane. During this period, you will be able use various actions (e.g. breed, kill) to interact with the dragon. After one week, it will become incorporeal again, assume its original form, and will once again be unable to be bred/killed. This action has a cooldown of 30 days.

While corporeal, this dragon will be able to breed multiple eggs.

I wonder if the multiple eggs bit is true... mostly because after n April 1 release I keep expecting for something to be a joke, but also because there are rarely so many spoilers about a dragon that no one has as an adult yet.
