DC's Birthday Release
May. 21st, 2018 11:33 amFour new eggs and a bunch of other stuff:
This blue and bronze egg piques your curiosity. - Alpine
This green and silver egg lurks in the shadows, tempting you to steal it. - Coast
This heavy egg has an earthy scent, like freshly-tilled soil. - Forest
This red and gold egg sits before the others, almost daring you to grab it. - Volcano
There's now in-game Trading, and a Market where you can buy eggs. Also, a notification function that I haven't worked out yet. Things look a bit differently when you're not using the default site skin.
There were some sprite updates - Reds and Seasonals - which I'm not sure yet I like.

I just wish they'd be a little more specific about how one earns shards: which actions yield how many shards, and whether there are limitations on how often one can perform those actions/any form of diminishing returns for them, for example. I'll be saving up for a couple of Gold eggs to boost my stock of those, since at this point it's really the only rare I need more of. Maybe a Silver or two, but mostly Gold. (Since we can't purchase Prizes...)
I really like the redesign on the Seasonals; it makes them look less cartoony! Not really fond of the Reds, though; they look stiff and unnatural. Those vertical-column-shaped necks!
