New hybrid: Spitfire x Purple (thanks jocosa)

This egg is very warm, as if it has been sitting out in strong sunlight.

The third egg is a hybrid. Purple x Spitfire. Not a cave egg. :) And of course it mixes the 2 eggs I am not a fan of. I think I have 2 Cb purples and maybe 1 spitfire.

I hate my net connection. I caught 2 of the sunlight eggs since they were everywhere and none of the one I wanted most. There was only 90 people in the coast at 12 and 1am PST and I still missed every one. Hopefully they won"t become rares

Thanks for the info, I added it to the entry. Yeah...I like the Purples (at least the male ones), but the Spitfires are some of my least favourites.

My best bet are always the five minute drops. That's when I catch my eggs, because most people wait for the full hour drop. Also, I'm at work just now - faster connection than at home. *g*

I tried the 5 minute ones and never saw an egg in any biome. That is how *snort* awesome my connection is. *grin*

Heh, I'm the opposite -- I have quite a clutch of Spitfires (partly as unblocking efforts, but I do like them, too), and not a single Purple to my name. I find them ugly enough that not even their BSA tempted me. :D

I have my usual eight + frozen hatchlings. I try to collect four adults of each gender, even the breeds I really don't like - just for the sake of having a complete collection. Otherwise I would have skipped many breeds, there are quite a few that I think are really ugly. *g*

Hee, I'm less nice, and I do skip the breeds I find ugly. :D So I have no Purples, no Waterwalkers, etc.
