Day 5 Release

TJ's post says that today's eggs can be found in any biome, but I haven't seen them yet. Three alts for today's release.

The description reads:

This egg gleams with a reddish shine.

Weird release... the eggs started out mixing together with other eggs and disappearing after a few minutes. Then, at :15, there was a big drop in the Volcano and I caught two of them. Now I'm locked until one of my "exotic" eggs hatches. I will try to catch one more tonight. But three different alts! Yikes, that's going to take a lot of collecting.

Do we know if the alts are distinguishable in the egg, or do they only reveal themselves after hatching?

Edit: Aha, looks like they all have distinct eggs. Good! :D

The eggs are different. One is rusty reddish, one orangish and one is kind of greenish. (Although they all have the same description.) You can see them in TJ's news post. The two I caught in the Volcano were the dark red ones, and I just caught an orange-ish one in the Alpine. I wonder if the different colors drop in different biomes?

This is the only one so far where I have a hunch as to what it might be! Bless my time spent trawling the Forums. :D (If, of course, I turn out to be right, which is far from guaranteed!)

I got four -- two dark red/brown ones, one orange-y and one green. Couldn't resist getting at least one of each! And now I'm done for the night.

I got three of the orange ones. Two in the Forest and one in the Alpine biome.

I am not sure I like this idea. I mean, getting seven dragons in seven days is taking a lot of work and planning; releasing what amounts to three dragons in a day (with bimorphism from the look of it) is just making everything more complicated.

Ugh, one caught, one misclick. *sigh* Yes, those eggs lock very interesting, especially the green ones. But it looks like it's far too much an effort, and I don't have enough slots anyway.

I have 2 different ones. This is going to be a LOT of collecting! I hope they will not be too difficult to get after the whole release is done.
