August Release
Aug. 29th, 2015 01:09 amPer TJ's post:
These eggs follow the phases of the moons.
Not sure what phase it is? Find out here.

This metallic egg shows faint iridescence in moonlight.
Alpine, desert and volcano
I am so confused. Not sure if I should grab and lock, hold off, argh.

Date: 2015-08-29 09:05 am (UTC)But yeah, two colours for waning, two colours for waxing, that would work just fine. Maybe one colour drops during daytime, one during night time.
Almost completely OT rant, feel free to ignore
Date: 2015-08-29 09:34 am (UTC)I was supposed to be leaving for Burning Man in the morning. A couple of days ago as I was doing prep, I randomly thought "Wouldn't it just figure if TJ dropped new eggs while I'm off the net?"
My husband and I made the very difficult decision about an hour ago NOT to go to the event this year. He was in the hospital earlier this month, and is simply not bouncing back from the trip the way either of us would like; I've been dealing with massive separation anxiety as a result, and was having real trouble trying to figure out how I was going to fulfill my volunteer commitments out there without falling to pieces wondering if he was okay back at camp.
And then I log on (since I'm not sleeping ANYway tonight) and see that there's been a new drop.
As I said: Bitter, bitter laughter.
EDIT: And then the first two eggs I caught had our initials as the first two letters in the codes; I'm trying to decide if that's cheering me up or not. Influenced and incubated those, caught and influenced a breeding pair from the other two biomes, as well.
